Every trial session Mobile Fitness PT conducts will incorporate a nutrition assessment. The trainer will gain an understanding of what foods you are eating and recommend healthy alternatives depending on your goals. If necessary your trainer will then supply you with an eating plan tailored to any specific requirements you may have. There will be check ups completed on a regular basis to ensure you are getting results and enjoying the foods you are eating.
